Raw Vegan Onion "Cheese" Bread (Dairy Free) is one of the best breads/crackers for raw potluck, everybody loves! Unlike fresh onions, dehydrated onions are both mild and delicious. You can use sweet, red or any onion. You can make without oil and nutritional yeast, but it will be more crispy crackers than bread.
